Challenges and Measuring Success

As a matter of fact, being able to accomplish my short term and long term goals would offer a tremendous amount of benefits for my health. As for my short term goal, which is to increase muscle endurance and decrease belly fat, it would help to increase the strength of muscle within the body, which will also helps to formulate stronger and more dense bones as well as bones are connected to muscles through tendons and when the muscles are strong, bones are also strong as well. This will eventually enable me to have a fit and strong body. As for my long term goal, it helps me to develop a stronger heart as the potential of the heart muscle increases.

Additionally, it also helps my body to increase flexibility, gain balance, become more active, less sluggish, have more energy in order to complete various activities without getting worn out or tired easily. I could perform moderate to vigorous exercise without getting exhausted and dehydrated easily, my heart would not beat fast very early, enabling me to continue exercising. Therefore, my goal is definitely essential in order to enhance my muscles capability, increase tolerance and endurance to perform more exercises as well as live a healthy lifestyle.

I have a firm belief that it will take me a maximum of 1 month in order to accomplish my short term goal and a minimum of 1 year in order to achieve my long term goal which is to enhance In order to accomplish my goal. There are several approaches or methods that could be taken in order to measure my success and anticipate whether or not I have achieve my goal. Firstly, I could view myself in front of a mirror. I could monitor my progress by seeing myself become more musculus. If I have more muscle within my shoulder or my stomach areas, it undoubtedly indicates that I have accomplished by goal. If not, then it shows that my body requires more thorough training. Secondly, my success rate could be measured through the soreness of my muscle.

In fact, if cardiac or anaerobic exercise is performed, more oxygen will be required and when there is a lack of oxygen, lactic acid is produced. This means that if I feel more pain after exercising than I usually experienced in the past, it illustrates that I have gained more muscle regarding to my preference and that means that I have accomplished my goal too. Additionally, if I feel more hungry after exercising, it also shows that I have reached my goal too because when I have more muscle, it means that I am using up more energy and that means that I get hungry really quick after exercise. This also shows that I have reach my goal too. My BMI will also be monitored daily in order to ensure that I am located in the right spot.

The problems that are required to be overcome when it comes to my chosen sports are issues regarding injury. These tough exercises tend to create a high risk because it is a moderate to vigorous or even intense exercise. The risk of muscle cramp and bone injuries are high because push up could definitely affect the joints of the bones. It might also cause the muscle to sore, which will lead to shoulder pain, known as the rotator cuff pain, or stomach pain as well. I believe that it is a challenging and tough exercise in terms of safety and my ability because we have to be wise while performing this exercise. In order to avoid that, we have performed warms up in advance and allow the muscle to rest whenever it is tried, do not stress or continue to stretch it for eternity as it could cause injuries and pains.

There is no equipment required for these two exercises and I do not there is any economic issue or social issue toward these activities. My teachers and parents as very supportive when it comes to exercise and fitness as they all want me to have a great health. Therefore, because of their supports and my eagerness to achieve my goal, motivation isn’t a challenge or barrier for me. Technology would not hinder or stop me, instead it will help me significantly because music from my devices could surely motivate and encourage me to be more energetic. Hence, the only challenge that I am concerned with is safety and my ability to cope up with this exercise.
